Crimson FAQ - Refresh Fundraising Dashboard

 

Question: My Fundraising Dashboard shows my totals as of today at 2:30AM. I’ve been entering new transactions all day. How can I recalculate the figures so that they are current?

 

Answer: While the Fundraising Dashboard will still automatically update each night, you now have the ability to manually refresh it as well.

To do so, find the  icon, at the top of the page. (If you hover over the icon, you will see “Refresh Fundraising Dashboard.”) Click on it and you will be able to see the data update. To confirm this action, you will also receive a message in your Crimson Inbox.
