Crimson: Employer and Occupation "Retired" Standardization

Crimson now has a configurable standardization feature that will review all people records for any that include the word "Retired" in either the Occupation or Employer fields and then programmatically update both fields to say "Retired". For example, if a donor has "Retiree" in the employer field and "Lawyer" in the occupation field, Crimson will automatically update both fields to say "Retired".

This program runs on a nightly basis and will help clients standardize their employer and occupation information so that they appear consistent on FEC reports.

The nightly job needs to be enabled per client/database so if this is a feature that you are interested in, please contact CrimsonSupport@cmdi.com.
