Crimson FAQ: How to Login to Crimson

Crimson has a secure, user account based login that helps keep you updated on new features and uses 2 Factor Authentication. 

Login Screen

The Crimson login screen will include space for you to enter your credentials and, on the right hand side, give you our most recent updates. There, you will find webinar notices, new features, filing reminders, and newsletter updates. Click on any item featured to go open in a new tab.

To login, go to crimson.cmdi.com or your organization specific URL. Then enter your username and password. To have Crimson remember your password, check the Remember me box. If you cannot remember your password, click "Can't access your account?" Then provide the email associated with your account for a password reset link to be sent to your email.

After entering your credentials, you will be prompted to provide your 2 Factor Authentication. This code will come from email, phone, or authenticator application. If you do not wish to provide this every time, please check the Remember for 30 days box. Otherwise you will be prompted at every login. If you cannot access your code, please click "Can't access your code?" at the bottom.
