People Search Results – Mass Append
After running a People Search query, your results will display and you’ll have several options available. One of the options is Mass Append. This option will allow Admin Users to mass append Flags, Keywords, Notes, Tasks, and Events to their People Search result records.
To start the Mass Append process, first enter the People Search criteria. Once entered, click Search. Results will display on the screen. Click Mass Append to view the Mass Append Options (Please see Mass Append Option Details below).
Note: For more information regarding People Search see Crimson: People Search on the HelpDesk.
Once a Mass Append has been completed, a confirmation will appear on the screen. Please note, if 500+ records are being appended, Crimson will queue the request. You’ll instead receive a notification in your Crimson Inbox (located at the top right corner of Crimson) once the append has been completed.
