CrimsonFiler FAQ - Form 3X Committees: How to Update Starting COH Settings

At the beginning of each year, Form 3X filers must update their starting Cash on Hand settings to reflect the new year.  To do so:

1. In CrimsonFiler, start your report like normal when it comes time for your first Form 3X report of the year.  Once created, manually adjust the new year's starting COH settings found on the left hand column of your new report.
2. Change the date, for example: from 1/1/2015 to 1/1/2016.
3. Update the beginning Cash on Hand for the new year to match the reports beginning Cash on Hand.

*Note, once this report is saved, any subsequent reports will use this information moving forward until it is manually changed the following year.
