When you are running a People Search in Crimson, you can choose to include the resulting record's spouse's giving history in your excel export. This will update the export to include new spouse giving columns to give you the spouses:
- PID
- Giving history by Fund Code
Running the search
Select your filters in People Search to pull the list of records desired. Then, before running, edit the Output Fields. Here, you will want to click on Total - Spouse Active Funds.
Once selected, continue with running your People Search and exporting the results. For more information on running a People Search, click here.
