Crimson FAQ: How Do I Recalculate the Fundraising Dashbaord?

Question: My Fundraising Dashboard shows my totals as of today at 2:06 AM. I’ve been entering new transactions all day. How can I recalculate the figures so that they are current?

Answer: While the Fundraising Dashboard will still automatically update each night, you have the ability to manually recalculate it as well.

Recalculating the Fundraising Dashboard

1. Select the Fundraising dashboard from the left side Main Menus.
2. Click the green “Refresh Fundraising Dashboard” button to the right of the Dashboard title.
3. To confirm the update, you will also receive a message in your Crimson Inbox.
