CrimsonFiler FAQ - Listing a 2nd Email Address on a Form 1 Statement of Organization


In CrimsonFiler, an FEC Form 1 - Statement of Organization can list up to two email addresses under the Committee’s E-mail Address section.

The first email address listed will appear as the Committee’s primary e-mail Address and the subsequent email address that follows will be considered an optional e-mail address.

In order to report two email addresses on an FEC Form 1, you need to list the email address separated by a semi-colon (;) with no spaces on the Main tab of the report in CrimsonFiler and then press the blue  button.




 Later, when you generate and preview your FEC Statement of Organization, the Committee’s Email Address section will appear like the example below. This is also the format that the FEC will be receiving the Form 1.
