Crimson FAQ: How Do I Search for Only In-Kind Contributions?

You can use the Money Search to find only In-Kind contribution records in Crimson or you can use the People Search to find any donors who have given at least one In-Kind contribution.

 

Money Search for In-Kind Contributions

To run a search for only In-Kind contributions:

  1. Select the Fundraising Dashboard from the left side Main Menu of Crimson.
  2. Click on the Money Search button, mceclip0.png, in the top right Navigation Bar.
  3. A Money Search window will appear.
  4. Select the Gifts filter group at the top to open the gift search filters.
  5. From the Pay Method drop-down menu, select (IK) In-Kind.
  6. Click mceclip1.png.
  7. Crimson will generate a list of all gifts with the payment type of “IK” indicating in-kind.

 

People Search for In-Kind Donors

To run a search for donors who have given In-Kind contributions:

  1. Select the People Dashboard from the left side Main Menu of Crimson.
  2. Click on the People Search button, mceclip3.png, in the top right Navigation Bar.
  3. A People Search window will appear.
  4. Select the Gifts filter group at the top to open the gift search filters.
  5. In the Pay Type panel, select (IK) In-King.
  6. Click mceclip2.png.
  7. Crimson will generate a list of donors who have given at least on in-kind contribution.
